Terms Of Service

Commissions: CLOSED (for now)

  • I reserve the right to refuse any commission at any time, either upfront or during the process should things get sketchy (red flags against me and my boundaries for example). If any payment was given prior to me leaving it will not be returned.

  • I strongly prefer doing single floor builds, as my style relies on heavy glitching and detail.

  • I will ask for full payment before I begin working on the build in game.

  • If enough prep/concept work was done and the client requests a change, depending on the size of the change requested an extra fee may be incurred and/ or the client may be put at the end of the waitlist.

  • I kindly ask that the build not to be changed for two weeks after it's done.

  • I expect for untradeable items such as Alchemical Lanterns, Fool’s Threshold, Queen’s Rest, etc. to be provided by the client.

  • Please have ~7-10m Gil for furnishing purchases. More may be required based on items used, and the market of the Datacenter. Ideally I will give you the list of items to be purchased, and you will acquire them. I will not provide furniture crafting services.

  • Within the planning phase I will try and ask questions to understand what you want such as:

    • “What is the size of your house?”

    • “What Datacenter, and Server are you on?”

    • “What theme/ feel would you like your house to have?”

    • “What are three words/ a short sentence to describe your intended space?”

    • “Any items or colors you specifically want included?” (Ideally at least two primary & two sub-colors)

    • “What rooms/ spaces would you enjoy having?”

    • “What are three-five things you LOVE in houses”

    • “What are three-five things you HATE in houses”

    • “What inspiration photos do you have?” (I strongly prefer irl/ render photos, but FF inspirations are alright)

    • If it’s for a RP space: “What can you tell me about your character that might influence their house?”

    • “Have you read all of my Terms of Service and do you agree to them?”

  • Please try and answer as many of these questions as you can, as the better idea I can get for what you want it might make it more likely for me to get inspired by your build and want to take on your house as a project.

  • On that note, I tend to enjoy ‘unique’ ideas quite a bit. I’ve found my style leans more towards ‘concept’ houses, by that I mean ones typically centered around a specific idea that could be a scene/ diorama, or a smaller space that isn’t necessarily akin to a ‘person’s house.’

  • I will never fully copy another designer’s build, hence my preference towards irl/ render photos. I will do some builds that are inspired from others, but know it will probably not be that high on my priority to do so.

  • I will be posting all builds (unless very specifically requested) on social media. Easily enough if you want your address to remain hidden you may make that request.

  • I will also communicate fairly often as I go through the planning/ design phase of the build, and of course I encourage dialogue as that goes on!

  • I will be doing my best to make sure your vision comes to life, and will also be giving my perspective as an artist on what might or might not work in the space.

  • Should you want any revision after the build’s completion, I will do minor changes for free. However should it be something more than ‘minor’ which is up to my discretion, I will ask for additional compensation.

  • Also I will be working on projects as I see fit, which I believe will be the best for me artistically. I ask for your understanding in this.
